After nearly 2 years of no competitions and lots of training missed due to lockdowns we were finally able to compete again! After qualifying in the Regional championships, 3 of our NDP partnerships were selected to represent the London region at the National finals held in Stoke in November.
We could not be prouder of them for working so hard and not only placing in 1st place at the Regional championships but to go out and represent the region with all 3 partnerships winning National medals.
At this level of competition the standard is high and the gymnasts fought hard to impress the judges with their skills and routines.
A huge congratulations to Finn & Arun who placed 2nd in the Men’s Pair, Grade 3 and came away with a silver medal. Our other competitors, Matt & Ophelia, Grade 3 Mixed pair and Rosalie & Isla, Grade 3 women’s pair competed fabulous routines winning the bronze medals.
We look forward to seeing what the future holds for the gymnasts and are looking forward to lots more competitions in 2022!
