Academy, NDP and Performance Squad Gymnastics
Our Academy, NDP and Performance squad gymnasts’ classes are for those gymnasts with experience in either acrobatic and artistic gymnastics.
Our squads train in acrobatic gymnastics, which is a competitive gymnastics discipline, where partnerships of gymnasts work together to perform choreographed routines, combining somersaults and balance skills with dance and movement, set to music
Gymnasts in our squad structure train between 5 and 22 (performance only) hours per week, 48 weeks per year.

Academy – 5.5 hours per week
NDP 3 Squad – 6 hours per week
NDP 2 Squad – 8 hours per week
NDP 1 Squad – 13 hours per week
Performance Squad up to 22 hours per week
Squad fees are payable monthly – details will be provided upon joining
