Children enjoy exploring our specialist gymnastics equipment through coach-led activities including balancing, jumping, rolling and a variety of gymnastics skills suitable for their age and ability.
🎂 Birthday Celebrations
The gymnastics session is followed by 45 minutes in our party area where children can enjoy food, birthday cake and celebrate together.

What age are the parties suitable for?
Our gymnastics birthday parties are suitable for children aged 4 years and over.
Do children need gymnastics experience?
No. Our parties are designed for children of all abilities, including complete beginners. Our experienced coaches adapt the activities so everyone can join in and have fun.
When do birthday parties take place?
All of our gymnastics birthday parties are held on Saturdays from 3:15pm to 5:15pm.
This includes 1 hour 15 minutes of coach-led gymnastics activities followed by 45 minutes in our party area for food, cake and celebrations.
How many children can attend?
Our standard party package includes up to 20 children. You can invite up to 30 children in total for an additional £12 per child.
What should children wear?
Children should wear comfortable sports clothing suitable for gymnastics. Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery must be removed before taking part.
What do parents need to provide?
Parents provide the party food, drinks, birthday cake, decorations, tablecloths, plates, cups, cutlery and any other party supplies.
Please note: Helium balloons are not permitted inside the venue.
Can parents stay and watch?
The birthday child’s parents or guardians are welcome to enter the gym area.
Due to space, insurance and safeguarding requirements, other parents are asked to remain in the designated party or waiting area until the gymnastics session has finished.
Do you provide the food and birthday cake?
No. Families provide all food, drinks and the birthday cake, allowing you to choose exactly what you’d like for your celebration.
How do I book a party?
Simply email [email protected] with your child’s name, age, preferred Saturday date and the estimated number of guests. We’ll check availability and get back to you as soon as possible.

- Full payment is required to secure your booking.
- Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
- Parents are responsible for supervising the party area and clearing away food, decorations and personal belongings afterwards.
- The party area is located within the school canteen and may not be for your exclusive use.
- All children must follow the instructions of our coaches throughout the gymnastics session.
