We offer parties at our facilities based at The Harefield Academy School. Our parties are fully structured with full use of the gym and are suitable for children aged 4 and over. Children will warm up, play games, be taken around the apparatus for fun gymnastics activities. They are then free to play on the equipment. We provide two coaches to supervise and assist those who would like to try more complex skills and activities.
Parents of the child whose party it is are permitted into the gym, however due to space we request that additional parents wait in the party area.
Our parties provide 1 hour & 15 minutes in the gym followed by 45 minutes in the party room. All food, table linen, decorations, crockery & cutlery are provided by parents. Please note that helium balloons are not permitted. It is the sole responsibility of parents to supervise the party room and you are responsible for taking away rubbish and cleaning up the area after use.
The gym is provided for your sole use, however, please be aware that the party area is a canteen area and may have other people using the facility.
