Harefield Gymnastics is committed to being open, honest and transparent, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all our gymnasts across both our training sites. As a result of this and to adhere to the British Gymnastics ‘CLUB MARK’ standards we publish all our policies and procedures.

Fees

We cannot guarantee a place in the new term for any member not renewing or paying the fees by the date stipulated on the invoice. If fees are not paid before commencement of the class please be advised that the member will not be permitted to participate.

British Gymnastics Registration

You are responsible for registering your child’s insurance through British Gymnastics by visiting www.british-gymnastics.org. Failure to do so will mean your child is not insured and will not be able to train or compete in competitions. Registration for British Gymnastics insurance is renewed annually in September of each year. Harefield Gymnastics will advise you when renewal is due.

Cancellations by members

Once a place has been confirmed and fees have been paid for the new term, fees are non- refundable.

Missed sessions

Sessions missed by members due to illness are non refundable. In the unlikely event that Harefield Gymnastics have to cancel a class, an alternative session will be offered to make up the missed session, (this may not be on the same day as the usual session the member attends). Refunds for missed sessions are not available.

We will only cancel classes as a last resort due to circumstances outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions (for health & safety reasons), UK Government legislation (lockdown) or school closure which make it impossible for us to operate our normal classes.

In extremely rare situations exception may be made to these terms and conditions at the sole discretion of the Commercial Director.

Squad gymnastics

All squad gymnasts are required to pre authorise monthly fees on our database.

Squad gymnasts are required to give one month’s notice in the event they decide to terminate their membership with us. No refunds will be given for gymnasts leaving part way through the month.
